Volk - TE37SL Wheel

The Volk Racing TE37SL (Super Lap) wheel by RAYS Engineering is even lighter than the standard TE37, making it a fantastic option for the track enthusiast or racer. The 18"x10.5" SL is 400 grams lighter than the standard TE37. Made from 6061 aircraft grade aluminum, this wheel is manufactured using an intensive forging process. The first forging process is done with pressure of 5,000 kilograms per square centimeter. 2nd forging process is a slower process with 3,500 kilograms per square centimeter. The lip is also forged to 3,500 kilograms per square centimeter. This forging process allows the wheel to have less material than other wheels, but have more strength and durability.

The TE37SL comes in a Pressed Graphite finish but can be special ordered in more colors. Contact us for details.

The wheel's excess material is machined off (to tolerance of 1/100 of a millimeter) to ensure the highest quality finish. Powder coating and clear coating is done by a special proprietary process to ensure long lasting quality and durability.
